The latest set of color woodcut prints by Tom Hück, "The Four Seasons" will be published by Evil Prints during all of 2019.

We are now offering pre-publication subscription pricing to collectors. For a short time only, collectors can reserve their set of 4 prints for the subscriber price of 3600.00 (40% off the later retail value). This set includes all 4 woodcuts: Summer, Winter, Spring, & Fall. Subscribers will receive each print upon their completion throughout 2019, while the new print "Summer" will be sent immediately. Each color woodcut measures 15"x 20", is printed on Okawara paper, and is from a limited edition of 25. Only 10 from the each edition will be available at the pre-publication price. The Michael C. Carlos Museum @ Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia will be hosting an exhibition of Albrecht Dürer and Tom Hück’s woodcut prints TOGETHER beginning February 16 2019 and running thru June! Curated by Andi Mckenzie, the exhibition entitled “Rival Cuts: Process & Technique in Prints by Tom Huck and Albrecht Durer” will feature many major works in the woodcut medium by both artists.  Since the age of 13 - Tom Huck has long proclaimed his fascination and hero worship of the great printmaker Albrecht Durer and this exhibition will be a once in a lifetime opportunity to see that influence play out on the walls at the Carlos Museum!  There will also be many public printmaking events in and around Atlanta during the opening week of this monumental show so stay tuned for more announcements SOON right here, as well as at carlos.emory.edu.  In the meantime feast your eyes on a couple of vids about Durer’s “Triumphant Arch” and Hucks latest project…….of course influenced by Durer!


Tom Huck will be heading to Aberdeen, Scotland for the first period of a 2 year residency, where he will be working on the next big woodcut triptych entitled "A Monkey Mountain Chronicle".  Beginning on August 15- Peacock Visual Arts will be hosting and collaborating with Huck on a large scale, functional (!) woodcut triptych on paper.  The new work is projected to be about FAT AMERICA, GUNS, & CONSPIRACY THEORIES.........of course!  Check back here for updates and for EXCLUSIVE behind the scenes VIP access throughout the entire making of this project BECOME A VIP PATRON at our new PATREON SITE!

Evil Prints is pleased to announce an exhibition entitled "Booger Stew: The Monumental Triptychs of Tom Huck" at the legendary print dealer/gallery C. G. Boerner during New York Print Week 2017.  This exhibition, Huck's first in NY in over 12 years, will feature all three of his monumental woodcut triptychs created from 2009 until now.  Highlighted will be the new large scale woodcut triptych "Electric Baloneyland" which will be making its debut in all its color glory.  Be sure and stop by the opening from 7-10 on October 27 and also check out an accompanying show entitled "The Hour of the Little Cocktail: Drink in Print Now and Then"- which features alcohol themed prints from the 1500's to the 21st century. "The Great War-Madillo" is the new color woodcut by Tom Huck, recently published by the UNO Print Workshop @ The University of Nebraska-Omaha.  Inspired by Albrecht Durer's  famous 1515 "Rhinoceros" woodcut, Huck uses the struggles of the Armadillo as a metaphor for todays many controversies - politically and socially.  "War-Madillo" is printed on Kitakata paper in an edition of 40.  The print sheet size is 16"x18".

Evil Prints @ A Night Market!

ST. LOUIS, MO - Tuesday, March 7, 2017 - May’s Place, St. Louis vintage and antique boutique, is set to host Night Market at The Ready Room in The Grove on Friday, March 24 from 6 to 11PM. Night Market boasts a unique opportunity to shop from some of the best vintage, handmade and locally produced items St. Louis has to offer. From vintage clothing and housewares, to handmade jewelry, leather goods, candles, food, drink, tarot readings, and more--all can be found under one roof at Night Market.


Co-owner of May’s Place and host of event Katie May commented, “With the Night Market, I’m looking to highlight some of the fantastic makers, merchants, and collectors around town doing interesting things and doing them well.”

A variety of vendors carefully curated by Katie of May’s Place will be brought together for an exciting evening of shopping and socializing at Night Market. Night Market is free and open for all to attend.
